Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: All lessons must be booked and paid in advance through the booking page. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before the lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If I need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. Lesson Packages: Lesson packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Package lessons must be used within the validity period shown at purchase. Unused lessons expire after this period. Location Lessons take place at the address provided during booking. General: Please ensure the contact details are correct. By booking a lesson, you agree to these policies.
